JanotsBos is a venture between Thierry Janots and Richard Bos, two admirable winemakers with a passion for quality wines from the Côte d’Or in Burgundy. Establishing a Meursault based winery in 2005, brilliantly expressing terroir through their whole range of predominately Chardonnay, originating from prestigious vineyard sites across the region.

Their story began in 1996 when they first met at wine school in Beaune, the Lyceé Viticole. Almost ten years had gone by since the friendship was nurtured throughout their tuition, before they decided to join forces and create JanotsBos.

The power-duo source their fruit from specific parcels in Meursault, Chassagne-Montrachet, Puligny-Montrachet, Saint-Aubin, Pouilly-Fuissé, and Pommard specifically for the Bourgogne Rouge.
