Salomon Estate is the Australian chapter of the Salomon family story. Established in 1996 on the Finniss River in the Fleurieu Peninsula, the vineyards were chosen for their ability to produce elegant, structured wines with natural balance.

 While Bert Salomon oversees the broader vision, the Australian wines are crafted by Simon White, who brings precision and a deep understanding of the site. The style leans European in feel — composed, refined and driven by vineyard expression rather than winemaking tricks.

 It’s a unique bridge between Austria and Australia: heritage, detail and restraint, translated through the landscape of the Fleurieu.
