Vins des Broyers has been producing wine for centuries, however completely restructured in 2003, when Pierre Coquard’s family took over the estate. Growing Gamay and Chardonnay grapes after years of restoration to the Chateau, rebuilding of the facilities and replanting vineyards to achieve the standards that the family wanted for their wines.

The Coquard's have been committed to eco-supervised wine-growing, upholding tradition, terroir understanding and minimal interference through their processes. Winemaker Jean-Michel Bataillard, puts his 30 years’ experience towards bringing Vins des Broyers to great heights in years to follow. Since 2008, the combination of all of these factors lead Broyers to introduce an alternative and innovative wine, Jeu de Bulles, which is a sparkling rosé made by traditional method, made from 100% Gamay.
