Domaine Camille & Laurent Schaller is a family estate winery based in Préhy, a village in the heart of Chablis. Laurent and his son Camille cultivate three grape varieties with Aligoté, Pinot Noir, and of course Chardonnay taking up most of their production, with their vineyards located in the villages of Préhy, Courgis, Chablis, Poilly sur Serein, Chichée (1er Cru Vaucoupin) and Beine (1er Cru Vau de Vey).

The winery was established in 1964 and until recent times their total production had been dedicated to the local cooperative. However, Camille and his young blood, believing so deeply in the quality of their wines, persuaded the family to create their own label with the 2014 vintage. Eventually branching out with 1er Cru vineyards purchased that same year for future production.

The 2016 Vaucoupin was the first vintage of their 1er Cru wines, followed by their Vau de Vey 1er Cru wines. Both showing huge potential as to where Camille & Laurent want to go with Cru status vineyards.

The Schaller family own all of the vineyards they currently work with, and are committed to managing them under rigorous sustainable practices, producing honest wines with a distinctive personality in every cuvée.
